Learn the exciting process of Multi-Block Linocut under the tutelage of fantastic printmaker, Ian Phillips. The two days will include choosing a suitable image for print, image registration, transferring images to the lino, cutting techniques and patterns, as well as using both opaque and translucent inks to realise your print aims.
All you have to bring are any pictures you find inspiring, a small image you would like to try producing as a linocut (About 16 cm x 23 cm) and some enthusiasm. All materials and tools will be provided.
