Returns

We are sorry you wish to return an item. 

Please email shop@handprinted.co.uk to inform us you are going to return an item.

Please include the following information in the email and parcel: Your name, Email address, Order number and a reason for return.

Please read below for further information.

• Please return the item unused and in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure items are well wrapped as damaged items cannot be refunded.
• All items must be returned to us un-used and in saleable condition, as new and with all manufacturers packaging intact. Returned products that cannot be resold by us will not be refunded. 
• If you have used an item we are unable to accept a return.
• Any return shipping costs will be your responsibility. 
• We recommend that if items are returned, a certificate of postage is obtained. Goods will remain your responsibility until received by Handprinted.
• Your statutory rights are not affected. We are unable to issue a refund until the goods arrive back with us.
• If a refund is required, we will only refund the value of the goods, and not the shipping cost. We will issue your refund within 5 working days.
• Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges.
• Cut fabric lengths, custom items or special orders are not eligible for a refund.
• We reserve the right to charge any delivery costs incurred by Handprinted.
