Use tetra paks (from drinks cartons) to make plates that can be inked up and printed through the etching press. Work into the surface of the plates to create your design. Add colour and pattern to the print using the chine collé method: using tissue paper and nori paste to add to the printing paper through the press.
All materials and equipment provided.
Do you need more time to finish your print? The studio is usually available after the workshop has finished for open access studio time – pay £5 per hour to stay and work independently. Just pay on the day for studio time and any extra materials used. To book, email shop@handprinted.co.uk, or just let us know during the class if you'd like to stay on.
