Reduction Linocut with Ian Phillips - 2 day course - Sat 14th & Sun 15th February 2026

This workshop takes you gently through the process of creating an exciting, and vibrant, reduction linocut. The two days will  include choosing a suitable image for print, image registration, transferring images to the lino, cutting techniques and patterns, as well as using both opaque and translucent inks to realise your print aims. 

All you have to bring are any pictures you find inspiring, a small image you would like to try producing as a linocut (About 16 cm x 23 cm) and some enthusiasm. All materials and tools will be provided.
